First-time TurboTax

My first time preparing a tax filing myself and using TurboTax. It took me much longer than anticipated, but it's been a good experience, due to a lack of information on hand. I will be much quicker next year if I choose to self-prepare with TurboTax again. The process itself is pretty simple enough for me. However, I believe the cost can be lower (hehe). I've always had all my taxes done by a professional, and the fee was slightly higher.

Turbo Tax works great for us.

I've used TurboTax for years now wihout any difficulty. They tak you through step by step and help look for every tax break possible. I have been happy with their service for many years now. We don't have complicated deductions and such, so the simple file and get my money in my account is the top reason I continue to use it. Tthe interface is easy to use and it guides you through every step.

Unfortunately, online version is not transferable to download software which was cheaper. I would've had to re-enter all documents, one time was painful enough. Hopefully next year I can remember purchase download version and be able to download previous year for record.
