Pretty easy to use. I was a bit troubled that because I am a returning user for turbo tax I was not offered a free version as new users are being offered. Only stayed because it was simpler as they already had my information. Plus I pay for the service then a service fee to collect my deposit, so the price isn't really the price...

TurboTax Fee - Need Refund

Will be in contact to get my refund on turbo tax fees. I expect to pay 0$ and I've had to call in the last two years to get a refund because of this. I'm always "forced" to upgrade to deluxe in able to continue my tax return - especially after spending 30+ minutes on it already. Please refund me for the fees otherwise I'll call customer support soon. Thank you.

I have used TurboTax for a very long time and been totally satisfied. Thank you for making tax prep so much easier. I finished in 26 minutes this year!
