For a low income individual, having to pay $79 because I have a retirement account is outrageous. This is why and how the RICH stay RICH and the POOR stay POOR. What a shame!!

Helpful expert, somewhat tricky process

Lay, my live expert, was very friendly and helpful and reassuring for a first-time user of the product. Some of the menu options and questions in the form were a little confusing and required me to triple check my information. However I suppose this is also because the tax system is confusing.
