Tough to use

Screens are absolutely horrible. Need to page down on most, and sometimes it's difficult to continue. Also take forever to actually file the documents with all the questions.

Filing and payment vouchers

At the very end for the first time ever, Turbo Tax added estimated tax voucher payments. Somehow even though nothing has changed, it wants me to think I need to pay more this year. This was very upsetting. I seriously doubt it, but it gave me pause. Not the experience you want to deliver with very little explanation other than (TurboTax detects you are underpaying).

Charitable Contributions confusins

Instructions for charitable contributions between State and Federal are confusing. You don't know you aren't supposed to claim the State approved cash donations on the Federal form until you get to the State Form. Tell people ahead of time exactly which donations to put on which forms.
