Pretty good experience so far. It seemed fairly easy to use. I have always used the desk top version. On line was great as well

Not able to file for free

I don't appreciate how you qualify to file for free, but it keeps trying to change your return to a paid product. Then it won't let you file until you upgrade. I was given a coupon from a friend, and I had to try five times before TurboTax acknowledged my refer-a-friend coupon.
