Please stop trying to sale me more products.
Stay in lane and get me the best tax deductions without your products coming up every time you turn around.
Stop misleading routes. Make it easy to identify what you want to do. I was trying to print my form and I was on the "E-Filing" road. Had to back track on this and on some other issues.

Your practices are predatory and should be illegal. The $35 charge for fast deposit could only be removed when you go back to change. Very inappropriate practice.

I hated it this year. Last year was so smooth. I couldn't figure out how to go back or start over. The questions were unclear. I had to manually select each state possible deduction even knowing I wouldn't qualify for any. It was a HUGE time waster. And the 765 prompts to pay you more was excessive.

Ridiculous

Always have issues with the retirement which makes me spend more money to go from free to the deluxe. Also, would not allow me to use my return money and pay the rest off. I spent $151 just to get $112 back in 21 days. Absolutely ridiculous. Next year I will not do Turbo tax and probably will never use it again.
