TurboTax Has Gone Downhill

It was complicated, took too much time, can't see the actual form you're filling out and filing. I used to be able to flip to the forms an now I can't. I like to see the actual resuIts. I felt confused the entire time. This product used to be easy. The filing process was too cumbersome, too many steps.

Easy to use

Turbo Tax is easy to use, however the price is too much for a senior citizen on limited income.
