Turbo Tax is expensive but easy to use

Easy to use and navigate, very detailed and step by step makes an easy experience, My only complaint is that the cost for a simple return was $143 and I think for a retired person that is simply too high,

Be Ready to PAY More in the End!

Took way too long to do! Way too many questions asked over and over again. And felt they took my money from what originally seemed like only 69.00 to process all returns. Instead 138.00 hit my bank account immediately before even processing the return. too many additional add ons which I didn’t take, and could not figure out how to get beyond that additional 35 dollar fee, for receiving return early. lol! Didn’t accept anything, just hit continue and it automatically took it from my Federal tax return. This is crazy! Appalled, how these sites get you!

I paid $25 for an expert to review and only got the same responses that were already available through your AI. Comparing last year repeating what I could already see did not help. I asked the same question multiple ways and still got stock answers.
