Unhappy about being locked into paid version

I don't recall clicking on anything that asked me for a charged service, but I was forced to pay 79 dollars for that service which I did not want. Regardless everything else worked fine.

Very easy to use and having a final check where someone can call you to confirm you did things right, was great additional feature to add.

TurboTax is a joke

Confusing! When I started the taxes it said $69 to file when I got to the end to pay it was over $200 like where did the other costs come from!
