I filed by myself and not only did it take twice as long but I also had to pay $80 just because I added information that didn't affect my taxes at all!

horrible. they added additional fees that I never selected.The system asked me over and over if I wanted deluxe and I continued to decline. Then it magically was added at the end. stupid ahh app and GREEDY. Now Clock that tea
