Overall the experience was great, really easy to file for first time users and provided helpful tips and material when needed. Also helpful in regards to fixing rejected returns if you did not know about something.

Intuit is GREEDY

This product is fine. My objection is to the CONSTANT money-grabbing. For many people, it's simply not that complicated to click through the basic process. There is no need to push for upgrades every fifth screen. It is also ridiculous that, after paying a premium for the "deluxe" DIY experience to submit my federal and state returns, that I would have to pay a $35 fee for the privilege of not subscribing to another Intuit service in order to receive my refund. But what else am I going to do? I'm a hostage. Grow a soul, Intuit.
