Use Any Other Tax Service Besides TurboTax

Horrible experience throughout. Tax paying is already a nightmare and this was supposed to make it easier, but if you make one mistake you basically have to start everything over. There is no real person or "tax expert" to help like they lied about in their advertising. Then they charged me twice as much as what was told to me at first, then added fees on top of it. I will never use Intuit again and will make it a point to only use their competitors going forward
