ridiculous. every year gets worse

no reason taxes should be this time consuming or EXPENSIVE. estimated 30 minutes and free filing. 3 hours and $191 in turbo tax charges later im done and get prompted for a survey.... sure turbo tax

I didn't know about the end requiring all the info. Easy to use, but I didn't know of all the info I needed (AGI). Expensive (the extra add-ons.

I have used turbo tax for years now and it has always been very easy to use. It imports my W-2 information easily and offers possible tax breaks options for me. Every section has additional information/resources on the topic which came in handy as well!

Too easy

Always great to use. I don't like how it automatically upgrades you to have the "tax expert" mode, should only ask you to upgrade if you actually try to use a tax expert.

TurboTax Online is poor vs. downloaded version

Online was poor compared to downloaded version. I was NOT able to view by Documents or skip around. No help with valuing donations. The online Deluxe version was very poor.

I lost half of my return this year to and it sucks

I’ve used TurboTax as long as I can remember and although this year, I admittedly I’m late to doing my taxes the fact that I selected do it yourself, free TurboTax, and had to sacrifice almost half of my return because of fees that I didn’t want, but I apparently couldn’t void which is new to me using this program is just bad and I could not find any way to avoid it, which is bad on the interface and compatibility for me and other people
