Ive used turbo tax for a long time and this year I all of a sudden got a notification that I underpaid last year. Turbo Tax should have caught that.

Charged me too much

I am upset with this year's refund I feel you guys are charging me ridiculous amounts for things that I didn't even choose and have no option to take out it went from charging me 120 for the service to now charging me 207 for the service which makes no sense I'm looking at the details of everything and it just doesn't make sense you guys are ridiculous

Poor System

The system continually flagged me for needing a deluxe version because it said I had and HSA which I did not have, I had an FSA. I want to be refunded for making me buy the deluxe.

Overcharged and added item

Site slow loading. Numerous issues with purchase. Kept giving error for credit card. Allowed debit card to go through but added on another product (turbo wills) I had not added!
