Dishonest Pricing and Inefficient

TurboTax stated several times before I started that the cost would be $0.00 for filing both federal and state. However, their bait and switch at the end proved this was an absolute LIE! Instead, I was presented a bill to file both for $128.00 before states taxes. I will no longer trust Intuit products and it is very likely I will be using a different company next year.

TurboTax Do-It-Yourself Deluxe

A great way to do your taxes easily, just wish they wouldn't try to push unnecessary products on you every three pages. If you don't qualify for a simple return and you've got half a brain all you need is the Do-It-Yourself Deluxe, nothing more.

Pretty Easy and straight forward

whole thing pretty easy and straight forward. A lot of prior forms and worksheets are not readily available as before, but found little need for any of those. Had only one glitch where the system asked me (on review of the return) to insert an unnecessary ID for my local tax authority...I have no dealings/income taxable and do not file any local anything, but it would not let me 'override' as the old programs did, to get past that. didn't need AI, liked how everything was easy to shoot a picture and upload info, appears to be accurate...I'll know that when the returns are accepted and I don't hear from anyone!
