Forcing people to upgrade to windows 11 or file online seems way out of line and will probably look at other options for doing taxes next year.

Kept sending me back to sections I'd already completed. I've used turbo tax in the past and is wasn't my favorite but omg they somehow got way worse. I'm not using this next year, there has to be a better option.

Turbo Tax could do much better

Way too complicated for brand new married filing jointly. Does not make the process intuitive at all. Also made me jump through so many hoops at the end to E-File it.

VERY FIRST TIME I FILE TAXES BY MYSELF, SO THE GUIDANCE WAS VERY GOOD AND NEEDED. THOUGH I DIDN'T THINK THAT THE FEES WOULD BE THAT HIGH. I WAS JUST EXPECTING TO GET SOME POSITIVE NUMBERS, BUT STILL WILL HAVE TO PAY. STILL, VERY GRATEFUL WITH YOUR SERVICES.
