turbo taxes is not free

I really liked the set up, and its very easy to do. but my only negative thing I would say is, why they say its free when I had to upgrade, for a simple filing plus another fee for doing state taxes. next year I might look for other options. but otherwise for a single person with no assets, this is good for them. it should not mislead people that it is free to do taxes online.

Still an easy / cheap solution

The overall experience has always been decent when filing our taxes. Sadly, they have changed some of the interface, which no longer shows each person's return separately, prior to filing. The system also confuses you with what type of service you would like to choose (free, paid, etc.) during your filing, which makes it a little confusing / concerning while trying to file taxes; as if you may have done something incorrectly.

Very good way to do taxes
