Ripe off company

Why does this company get away with charging me money to file taxes? I want to file my state tax return on my own and you charged me money, like your doing it for me. I have no choice but to use your fraudulent company to help me file taxes. The commercial on television states " you can file for FREE." Every year I pay to have this company help me file and it always costs money. I don't recommend this service for anyone to ever use. I will find another company to help me next year! This company is lying to everyone that uses it

Called customer service and they were great however disappointed on the charges to me after filing. the charge for simply deducting from tax amount fees are crazy and should be lower to be honest.
