not intuitive

TurboTax STINKS

AI could not answer simple questions and the JustAnswers was not helpful ether. I was told JustAnswers was an extra $5 and it ended up being an extra $65. Won't use TurboTax next year (2026) after using it for over 15 years because it won't work on Windows 10 and no going to get a new computer for Windows 11.

To many fees
