They kind of lied about how much it would cost

It doesn't specify the amount of added fees before you start filing. They did a great job of helping, but, they ended up deducting an extra 210 dollars from my return.

You guys are borderline scandalize, there is no transparency of any of your hidden fees until the very end, i wanted to do a basic file and you then say i cant file unless i do a deluxe addition that cost an extra 69 dollars on top of my 40?? yeah this will be the very last time i file with this company that has had its history of bad business practices.

Terrible, terrible, terrible

I spoke with Aiesha who was very helpful. Prior to speaking to her was frustrating and wasted a LOT of my time. The AI chat is worthless. When I asked for assistance AI would tell me to click on the file button. There was no file button and it refused to give me a number to reach a live person. I was finally able to get a phone number through Google but beware, the live reps are very well protected. If you can find your way in they are very knowledgeable and helpful. My 1 star rating is on Turbotax NOT the person I was finally able to reach.
