Turbo Tax needs a couple of fixes

Turbo Tax did not meet the goals for filing a return for a retired person living in another country. It is not possible to move on when entering a 1099-R if the payee address in another country and cannot provide a state code or zip code. We were advised to use the state code and zip code from the issuer of the 1099-R. We also were unable to enter a third-party designee as this option is only provided in the Desktop version of Turbo Tax
