Great until there's a glitch

I accidentally hit the expert review button and although I told the associate I did it by mistake she issued me service code that didn't work. by the time I got it figured out I had wasted one hour of my day. plus when I finally was issued a code that worked it was 20 percent off which did not cover the cost of the "expert advice" very frustrating!
