This is the first time I've used Turbo Tax. So I felt it was a long process although it was pretty easy to follow.

Easy Enough But A Money Grab

Easy enough to use, as long as you have basic tax returns. However, it is obvious this is a money grab. There should be truly free tax preparation options. There used to be a truly free version of this and it is not acceptable that there is not. State taxes are necessary, not an addition. They should not cost extra. There are no good options anymore for free tax preparation in this country.

We have a very simple return -- was very difficult to just use the lower-level return software. You kept trying to sell us a more advanced return -- for a lot more money.
