Have had very few problems with TurboTax over the last many years that I have used it. I have been a faithful customer of TurboTax since 2016 and have used it every since.

I knocked a star for the add-ons and buy ups they are getting a bit out of hand, and the prices for what you get feel a little high but that's my opinion. the added fees seem a bit ridiculous and could be a bit more upfront which are the reason for knocking it the second star. The software is easy enough to use and gets the job done. As for the help they are friendly and competent and seem to genuinely want to help. Which is why I didn't knock another star
