Turbotax gets the job done

It's fine. Honestly, I have used this and others. Although the AI portion is convenient; I think everyone else also has that. But, I use this method because it's cheaper than going in person. I understand the securing your ID steps, but it feels more like they are just trying to capture more info for marketing purposes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby

Very disappointed in this version.

I have been using TurboTax since the early 90s. This version didn't have a place to save your work. I got kicked off several times and had to reenter some of the info - apparently is does automatic saves. This was unwieldly and difficult to navigate. I think next year I'll try something.
