Efficient But Includes New Hidden Fees

I have been using TurboTax for years and used to love this service. The last two years they have added hidden fees and you end up having to pay for things you didn't agree or sign up for. I still think the process is streamlined and useful but wish fees were more transparent before starting to file. For instance, I knew I would have to pay $39 to file state with them, but it wasn't clear until the end that I would have to pay an additional $39 to file the federal (a charge that isn't agreed to before filing or explained by additional service provided.)
