After spending hours trying to file my taxes with a competitor (errors with their program, live help had no idea how to fix the problems), I cut my losses, took a chance, and decided start over using TurboTax. It was simple, straight forward, user-friendly, easy to use, and I was done within an hour. I only wish I would have used TurboTax to begin with.

Turbo Tax Is Great

With the help of Turbo Tax I was to file my taxes with little to no problem. The program was easy to follow. And the provided answers for my questions. Plus it checked several times to make sure everything was correct.
