Losing most of my tax return to pay for a "simpler process" is awesome. Find another place to file your tax return. There are better options.

The only issue I have is, I didn't want deluxe! I wanted to do this myself! No fee involved beside the $40 processing fee.

You could make up for that by helping us get our money back for Market Place. I am Kimberly and I never signed up for that. I just recently cancelled early this year. I've had the same insurance for over 10 yrs now. I don't pay much. Usually all free.
So how can I retrieve this $300+ they took from us? I never used it. I never paid a penny for it.

It was 3 times as difficult to use and navigate than the previous computerized version. I plan on finding a different way to file next year.

Great product. Painful process! Takes me much longer than anticipated each year. New rules, regulations.Taxes are difficult because I don't want to make any mistakes that will trigger any problems in the future. But so far, so good. TurboTax explains the process during each step and I feel more confident that taking them to a tax preparer, who may not be as thorough.

Very upsetting I don’t get the option to file for free. I was given very little money back and on top of that I charged $172 just to file. I’ve filed for free before but now I’m not even given an option to do it for free.
