Never again

Too many fee's associated with using this service. I have used TurboTax for YEARS and this will be my last time. It wouldn't be so bad if my information was itemized and all that, but it's VERY simple. Never again will I use this service.

Old Man worries about New Ways

The process was relatively simple. I personally prefer the old CD Method but I am sure that in time I will get used to this.

Not great when you have to fix something

Everything was great, until I got noticed that the federal and state were rejected. TurboTax acted like they would walk me through each step on how to correct it, but that didn't happen. I had to use AI.

Not worth it

The upsell never stopped, I paid more using Turbotax than expected. Tried to use the 'free' version, but in the end could not. I was running out of time so I went ahead and paid, but in the future I will use E-File
Pros: My employment status changed this year
