Although I hate paying for it, I really appreciate the simplicity and thoroughness of TurboTax. I just wish it were a little cheaper.

Dishonest Practices

you stop your timer before the tax prep is finished. this is giving you false data on the length of time it actually takes to file on your app. kinda dishonest and makes me question what other things you are being dishonest about.

Great Service despite the mandatory extortion

The turbo tax program works great for all the aspects that you would need to file your taxes!
it will never get a 5 star rating from me because the company still lobbies to ensure the government makes me have to use this program to do my taxes every year instead of making it automatic. still an hour of my life I will never get back because TurboTax wants to extort money from us.
