Simple, easy to navigate and reliable.

After using Turbo Tax for many years, i feel very confident in the product. in fact, I've switched a few friends over. Private accounting firms charge way too much to simply plug in numbers you have to gather. I understand there are some tax situations an expert may be needed, but honestly -- once retired it's not complicated.

Not transparent with pricing

I don't like how you change up the price after we've completed the long process instead of letting me know the price up front and then charging more once we actually transmit the returns. I feel like you guys are crooks and very deceitful in how you do business.
