I have not had a single year where I qualified for "free".
Simple W-2, no other documents, everything came right out of the boxes, no other forms, had to upgrade to submit and no mention of it prior to finishing even though the reason was right on my W-2 when I started. There's a reason there's a class action suit against them.

I have used TurboTax for years! It is quick and painless! I am able to submit my taxes from the comfort of my bed and check that task off my list! Thank you TurboTax!
