Tax experts Amazing. Pricing HORRIBLE

I had contact with one of your experts, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so informed and helpful and shared info and knowledge in areas I didn't even consider, she was great. If rating her alone, I would have given 5 stars. You get 2 stars because of the sneaky add ones in your pricing. If I go to the IRS website to file my taxes because YOU THE GOVERNMENT SAY I HAVE TO (this definitely wouldn't have been my own free will choice to go about things) it should be free. ACTUALLY FREE. None of this "we newewds to charge you $40 to send you your own money" nonsense. For all the sneaky add on charges (you've taken ENOUGH from the US citizens) I would've rated you a 1. Since 2.5 is not an option, and because your experts that called and helped me was SO WONDERFUL, you get a 3.

Last year was my first time and it was a bit of a slog. Hate doing this stuff. However, on my second year, after having all of my data already entered and just being able to skim through to the end made this save so much more time than my first year.
