I thought it was unfortunate that just to enter in one extra line for my HSA (Made some HSA withdrawals for medically-approved expenses), I had to pay 79$. It literally took 15 extra seconds to enter. I know there are other services that you can do that for free. I also have received two error messages. One of these was related to user interface error, but it wouldn't tell me exactly where it was, so it took me 15 minutes to go back and figure it out. The other was something to do with my spouses AGI (which was thesame as mine last year since we filed jointly, but it was still giving me an error message). I just didn't have a great experience, especially for the price.

One of our uploaded 1099-R forms for a Roth rollover was entered incorrectly in two fields because its input format differed from the other two 1099-R forms. That input error caused a significant error in the federal amount due. I spent three additional hours working with ChatGPT to identify the issue.
