Overcharged

I feel as though I was overcharged for the service. I selected the basic "do it yourself" service and bypassed all addition offers. Instead of $69, I was charged $168 for services.

I found this tax software incredibly easy to use from start to finish. The interface is very intuitive, which helped me navigate through the different sections without any confusion. This was my first time using the online filing. It was as easy as the desktop version. It was clear about what i needed to do and I believe it was very thourough. I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and will continue to do so,
