Turbo Tax Online is meh

My issue with this year is being forced to transition to WIN 11 in order to use the desktop version. I used the online version. With that being said I am not confident that I received the most for my refund.

Spend 4 hours using turbo tax

Could just be the laptop I used but it was hard to see the whole screen - so yes/no answers sometimes changed by accident. I think i was asked to review the forms 5 times. I would have liked to see the actual tax forms before I paid NOT after. Maybe an email should be sent to previously clients to remind them of documents they might need- we spend a considerable amount of time getting some documents or not being able to access them at all. I know we should be prepared but the person wasn't at hi hoeadculdnt access the paperwork needed. Also maybe a an email that goes out January 1 and reminds you to keep track of certain receipts etc....
