Turbo tax terrible

Did not like the process, too many verification requirements, too mant steps, and very confusing. Very disapointed in the fact that i first had to purchase the sofeware, then have to pay a fee to file my taxes. Way to go with the fee grab! Really not sure if I will be using Turbo tax next year.

First Online Turbo Use

I've used desktop version of TT in the past. Its was far more easier to navigate and included a lot of features that were far easier to use ( e.g. E File ). Also given my return needs, I couldn't substantiate the added cost of Premium to include one more entry for my taxes (Capital Gains). Overall for the cost and my immediate need for a tax software, Online was OK and reasonably priced for simple returns

TurboTax is amazing!

I just love how easy it is, because of turbo tax, I am able to file my own taxes. Coming out of pocket at the lowest rates. I can’t even find the words for explaining how convenient and great it is. I highly recommend and will forever use! Thank you TurboTax. I filed my taxes in under 40 minutes today!
