The interface was slow and clunky. Seems to be asking for more information than needed. Price is high considering the limited features used. May look for a different tax program next year.

I will not be using TurboTax after this year. It is a full blown scam in my opinion. I have been using the free version for years. And now I have to pay a fee for a form I do not believe I need and was added in error of TurboTax, nothing to do with my actual needed tax forms. Your customer service person was very kind and helpful. However, I believe TurboTax as a company is anti-consumer, and is not actually trying to make filing your taxes easier. It is profiting off a mandatory requirement for all Americans and ultimately should not exist for-profit.
