Your application this year was much harder to use

We have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. This year your application was at times confusing. In fact we had to go back and check to find out we had not filed. And had to verify ourselves via Driver's License and ID.me. We filed according to your screen. But when we tried to save the return for ourselves we couldn't.
