Not a great experience + too much sneaky upselling

Very disappointed! Won't be duped again.

I planned on doing the tax filing for free as you advertised but then at the end, I was misled into purchasing a different plan. This was my first time filing taxes on turbo tax independently and I feel like you made it too easy to be duped into purchasing a product I did not need.

For some reason, my prior year taxes are not reporting even though I filed with Turbotax. I located the tax documents and the 2024 file which could not be read or opened by any of my programs so that I could obtain the AGI. I had to go through the IRS Transcript to obtain information Turbotax had so I could file.
