The website and set up and search bar is so great I haven't needed to use an agent. I've used turbo tax for over 10 years and will always choose and recommend turbo tax!

All of the repetitive "advertisements" along the way are quite annoying. And it sucks that the full price isn't revealed until the end. I can't think of one person who wouldn't want to file both state and federal at the same time... why not give that full price at the beginning? I'm not scared of paying $78 for my taxes, I'd just like to know about it at first.
