Easy to use but pricey

Still always confused when filing but it was easy enough. I do wish it were cheaper, over half of my return went to fees.s

AI can bite me

Expensive with hidden fees and upcharges for simple things, and it doesn't actually find any tax breaks. Plus you get an AI chatbot popping up to "help" for no reason. If I wanted the opinion of a GPU I'd have animated a magic 8 ball.

Constantly trying to up sale services to the point of annoyance and feels like they try to trick you into selecting payed services and to share your information!
