First experience with 'online' version.

This is my first year using 'online' version vs. desktop software version used in the past due to not being able to update my Mac browser due to its age or unable to update to Windows 11 due to my PC age (not happy about being forced to buy new Mac and now new PC just to use TurboTax, do the techies factor that in when they force you to update your browsers ?!?!).
My only real issue with 'online' version is lack of control, mostly not being able to switch between 'step by step' process as on desktop versions to seeing the worksheets and tax forms when a question arises or when I need to enter manual inputs, almost like TurboTax is trying to force me to pay for the support services by not letting me see the details myself.
Also, I only found out that I would be able to download the data files AFTER I paid (in case I need to upload them to next year to TurboTax's or a competitior's PC version), it should tell you this BEFORE you pay.
Also should make it clear that if you select 'file by mail' on the State portion, you've already paid for E-filing anyway and that no partial credit would be given if you choose this path.
Product is good otherwise but could use some improvements.

Was lost, but revived

My taxes said I owed 6126 dollars, but at the end I was directed back to the mistake I did not know I made and surprise, a refund is on the way HURRAY!!! Thanks for the review and mistake locator. The step by step process of filing makes it easy to enter information and the final reviews help pull everything together
