These fees are absolutely ridiculous! When I first began to file my taxes, it was free. Now I have to pay for filing and a processing fee. Unacceptable! I can deal with fee for filing, but to add an extra $40 for processing is insane! Next year I will be finding a new method of filing. This is very disappointing for a single mother trying to get all of her money without even her taxes being picked into.

ive used turbotax for the last several years, my poor review is just due to cost. my tax situation is simple and shouldn't require enormous fees to file taxes.
