Well easy to use! This is our 7 year using turbo tax and we love it and its cheaper than other programs.

Expensive, makes part of it easier at some points but oversimplifies and glosses over some steps that may be helpful. the "click for more information" is useless 9x out of 10

Didn't prompt to enter Healthcare Marketplace info

Turbo Tax was easy to use. But it didn't prompt me again to enter the Health Insurance mareketplace statement information. And as a result, my return was rejected the first time.

Not good communication

The program asks the format of you ID then instead of adding the slashes between the date format it allows it to be entered all as one, then gives an error. Also when adding you Institution name (Bank or Credit Union) it allows you to add more characters than the system will accept but instead of not allowing you to enter more characters it gives another error towards the end and tells you to fix it.

Quick and simple turbo tax was super helpful. Will use Shia in future. Good accuracy. Very compatible. Helpful features so very useful. It guided me all the way. The interference was easy to use And understand.
