I've used Turbo Tax for years. It's quick and easy, with representatives you can chat with at anytime if you have questions. I'll never use another tax service because all of my needs are here in one place!

Not free, even if you choose free

It's absolutely ridiculous & predatory to charge $88 after choosing the free option several times over. You feel trapped after you've already spent a bunch of time doing your taxes on your own. it's one thing to charge for the service, but please be more upfront about it. Its feels like a scam.
