turbo tax is great

Awful experience, 2 years running.

This year and last year have been the absolute worst experiences i have had using this service. I am low income and do not require much help with my taxes and this service borders on making it worse. Hidden pricing that's essentially charging people for situations they had limited choice in. Last year it made me make a new account and then double charged me, which was a week long battle with customer service. This service overcomplicates the process and charges you unnecessarily for what they are providing. 1/5 stars, I will never recommend this service to anyone.

Turbotax would be a great service if it were paid for by taxes during the year that could be written off, instead of charging for a service that should be free for everyone with all companies.
