Random Hidden Fees for Simple Tax Return

Forced me to pay $80 for things I didn’t even use, that did not affect my taxes at all. It wouldn’t let me continue unless I agreed to pay but it waited until the very end when I’ve already inputted every bit of information before pulling this. TurboTax has never acted like this before. I have been loyally using TurboTax for seven years and honestly I don’t think I will next year after this experience.

I switched from H and R Block to Turbo tax a few years ago. Not only can I do it from the comfort of my own home but I also save a lot of money. Very easy process and if you have any questions they are always answered promptly and efficiently.
