Every Specialist I talked help me. Walked me step by step. Very pleasant when answering the phone. Also, Don't forget about the Screen share that they use to help navigate me through the situation.

Stop baiting me for higher fees and services.

We do not appreciate the multiple attempts to change fees and add services. This is confusing. Please stop doing this. I am going to look for a service that is more user friendly next year.
