No loyalty

Been usingTurbo Tax for over 10 years and I never get any kind of loyalty rewards or discounts and this year they advertise it's free but I still have to pay a fee. This will probably be my last year using them b/c there are so many FREE tax services out there now and obviously being a long time user doesn't mean anything anymore in this day and time. I'm Done

Hidden Fee Tacked On at the End

Since I had to collect unemployment this year, Turbo Tax recommended I use one of their paid services for additional protection. The amount I was shown was a discounted fee of about $40. When I reached the point of getting my taxes done, despite choosing no further service upgrades, an additional fee was added on, bringing my total to over $80. I don't appreciate surprise fees and I will not use their paid service again.
